Our role

As Fractional CTO, our job is to help MyLabelDesk align their tech product with their business goals and their current growth phase - making sure the architecture, the roadmap, and the team are all pulling in the same direction.

That means working at the intersection of strategy and execution: setting technical direction, supporting hiring decisions, ensuring the product scales without accumulating debt that slows the next phase, and keeping the engineering culture aligned with the pace the business demands.

The AI Maturity Framework

We are also walking MyLabelDesk through our AI Maturity Framework, with a target of reaching Level 4 - becoming truly AI Native.

At Level 4, AI agents run autonomously across the product and operations. Velocity becomes exponential. A founder with clear focus and the right technical strategy becomes genuinely unstoppable.
